Presented and moderated by Porter Anderson, Publishing Perspectives Frankfurter Buchmesse and Publishing Perspectives present an International Independent Author Program from 2:30 to 5 p.m. The program is hosted by Publishing Perspectives and is designed to offer both commercial instruction and industry awareness to writers or would-be writers engaged in self-publishing or looking for the information they need to get started. Admission is free to anyone with a Frankfurter Buchmesse ticket. The program will be given in English.
Speakers include Robin Cutler, director of IngramSpark; Orna Ross, founding director of the Alliance of Independent Authors (ALLi); Kinga Jentetics, co-founding CEO of PublishDrive; and Porter Anderson, Editor-in-Chief of Publishing Perspectives.
Attendees will have a chance to update their awareness of self-publishing industry issues; learn and review best practices for professional-quality production of self-published work; and availabilities in author services for support and guidance in a responsible, successful independent publishing career.
