In the Gourmet Gallery in Hall 3.1, we have devoted a whole exhibition area to gastronomic pleasure! It’s a place to immerse yourself in a world of food, drink and indulgence.
Do you like to browse through cookery books, watch star chefs at work and sample all kinds of different specialities? Are you interested in literary titbits and trends from the food industry? If so, the Gourmet Gallery is the perfect place for you.
Across more than 800 square metres, you’ll find all you could need for cooking, cuisine and culinary enjoyment. The exhibitors here have thought of everything, bringing their newest works by celebrity chefs, their herbs and spices, their organic groceries, and wine and wild boar – and much more besides. They’ll spill the beans on the latest trends and digital innovations in the cookery book market. And of course, we mustn’t forget all the food- & drinks-related gift items.

Internationally renowned chefs and authors will serve up their culinary and literary treats in the Show Kitchen, the centrepiece of the gastro area! Throughout the diverse programme of specialist events, panel discussions, cookery shows and readings, the professionals will let you peer over their shoulders and into their pots and pans – hopefully tempting you to try what’s on offer!

We offer you a fully furnished system stand with individual design options. You can register for a stand area or one shelf unit, half a shelf unit, or single title presentation. We will take care of the planning and set-up.
