Welcome to our island of enjoyment in Hall 3.1! Regardless if you are a book or wine seller – all publishers and exhibitors of culinary delights will profit from this innovative platform.
The Gourmet Gallery offers exquisite books, food, wine and everything that epicureans love. This is an invitation for business exchange as well as pure enjoyment. Thanks to its impressive show kitchen, the Gourmet Gallery captures the full attention of the media, as well as attracting trade visitors and the general public.
The Gourmet Gallery is the perfect exhibition space for:
- Cook book or culinary reference book publishers
- Publishers in the food sector
- Publishers of history and art books with a focus on fine food and enjoyment
- Publishers of hotel and restaurant literature
- Food magazines
- Digital initiatives in the cook book sector

Participation
We offer you a fully furnished system stand with individual design options. You can register for a stand area or one shelf unit, half a shelf unit, or single title presentation. We will take care of the planning and set-up. You may also use the collective stand as a second exhibition location for your titles.
