Advance online-ticket sales begin in June 2013 for trade visitors. In July 2013 trade visitor tickets will be sent by mail. Private visitors can purchase tickets in advance sale as of September 2013.

Visitors with a necessary accompanying person

Barrier-free access – free entry for people with restricted mobility, wheelchair users and people who need to be accompanied by helper (German “B” marker or equivalent in the disability pass) may enter the exhibition site together with their companion, free of charge on all days of the Fair after 9.00 am.

Visitors holding a disability pass

Disabled people without the German “B” marker or equivalent in their disability pass, but having a disability status equivalent to the German certification GdB 80 or higher can obtain a reduced-rate one-day ticket for trade visitor days, costing 26 euros, a five-day ticket for 68 euros, or a one-day ticket for private visitor days at the reduced-rate of 11 euros.
Disabled people without accompanying persons and a disability status below GdB 80 or equivalent are required to pay the normal price.

Public transport free of charge

Exhibitor passes and entrance tickets for trade visitors, booksellers and librarians entitle holders to use public transport in the greater Rhine Main area (RMV).

Complimentary tickets and vouchers do not include the use of public transport.
