Accreditation guidelines

Your new accreditation, step by step:

Step 1: Registration

Please click "My Book Fair" above the header or use the "Registration form" link at the end of the step-by-step instructions.
Enter your personal and professional details and complete the registration by clicking "Send".
Please note the following when entering your professional details:
In the "company" field, please enter the name of the company or medium you’ll be representing if you’re a journalist or the URL of your blog if you are a blogger.
Please be certain to enter your company name or blog URL correctly. Once you’ve registered, you can only make changes by re-entering your professional information.
As soon as you’ve registered successfully, you’ll receive an e-mail with an activation link. Please click the link to confirm your registration.
The company name or URL will be printed on your online press pass.
You’re now registered! But your accreditation is not yet complete!

Step 2: Credentials

You can either upload your press credentials to your profile or send them to us via e-mail.

Step 3: Accreditation by our press office

We will generally process your credentials within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us as soon as you have been accredited. Your accreditation is then complete.
