All about our stands

Here you find all information about the installation of your stand. You can choose between system stand or customer-built stand.
The Frankfurt Book Fair offers you a stand module devised on the basis of a prefab exhibition stand system which can be varied according to your requirements. Or would you like to have a stand installed by your own exhibition stand contractor? That's easy – just order the stand option Empty floor space / Own stand.

System Stand

The most affordable way to have your own stand: book one of the Frankfurt Book Fair's system stand modules. A system stand module includes:

rear walls as per the width of your stand
2 side walls as per the depth of your stand
4 book shelves per m of wall
1 bench cabinet per m of rear wall
1 ceiling frame per 4 sqm incl. lighting rail
support walls for stands > 8 sqm (as structurally required)
stand nameplate (please indicate on the registration form)
carpeting: rep, pale grey flecked

System stand

The most affordable way to have your own stand: book one of the Frankfurt Book Fair's system stand modules.
Book a system stand at the Frankfurt Book Fair. We offer you a variety of possibilities to easily and individually design and equip your stand. With the "Furniture & Light" and "Image & Sound" packages, you will have the right number of tables and chairs, or the display and DVD player you need for multimedia presentations at your stand. The "Elements & Extras" offer includes practical and decorative fittings that you can add individually to your order. And if you want the easy route to a fully customised stand, let us design it for you as an "Individual & Unique" package! Our team will gladly support you.
