Good to know: All the information concerning your private visitor ticket

  • When are the private visitor days?

    All visitors are welcome to the fair on Saturday and Sunday (private visitor days).

  • Can I use the public transportation system with my ticket?

    No, complimentary tickets and vouchers as well as privat visitor tickets do not include the use of public transport.

  • How is the barrier-free access?

    The Frankfurt fair grounds offer short and easy ways. A barrier-free access and connection network also provides freedom of movement for mobility-impaired visitors. The indoor Via Mobile is equipped with moving walkways and lets you reach every hall comfortably.

    Discounted tickets
    Wheelchair users and people who need to be accompanied by a helper (German "B" marker or equivalent in the disability pass) may enter the exhibition site together with their companion free of charge on all days of the fair after 9.00 am. Disabled people without the German "B" marker or equivalent in their disability pass, but having a disability status equivalent to the German certification GdB 50 or higher can obtain a reduced-rate one-day ticket for trade visitor days. Disabled people without accompanying persons and a disability status below GdB 50 or equivalent are required to pay the normal price.

    Wheelchair rental
