Frankfurter Buchmesse Editors' Trip 2023

Nuove Correnti – Frankfurter Buchmesse Editors' Trip is an intensive training and networking programme aimed at publishers and editors from independent Italian publishing companies that specialise in fiction and non-fiction.

Nuove Correnti will take place for the first time from 11 to 17 June 2023, in anticipation of Italy’s appearance as Guest of Honour at Frankfurter Buchmesse 2024. Visits to publishers, agencies, and bookshops – in addition to market presentations and numerous networking opportunities in Berlin, Frankfurt, and Munich – will ensure a healthy exchange of expertise, professional dialogue and give a great opportunity for Italian-German networking.

The application period for the Nuove Correnti 2023 programme starts at the beginning of March and ends on 6 April 2023.

Participants must have several years of experience in the publishing industry, a good command of English and an appetite for new discoveries!

Nuove Correnti is supported by the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany, and curated and organised by Frankfurter Buchmesse GmbH.
