The Palestinian author Adania Shibli receives the LiBeraturpreis 2023 for her novel \"Eine Nebensache” (“A Minor Detail”) from the Arabic by Günther Orth, published by Berenberg Verlag. The author and translator will exchange views on the process of translation and the novel's linguistic characteristics.
The LiBeraturpreis is sponsored by the Hessian Ministry of Science and Art and the Kulturfonds Frankfurt RheinMain.
