Friday for future: Books for the next generation

Climate and environmental issues

Climate and environmental issues find their way into children's and youth literature. With which (picture) books do children and educators satisfy their growing interest in topics such as nature, environmental protection and biodiversity? How can this interest be aroused if it is not yet there? Two young female authors from Germany and France show how this can be done excellently.

Claire Lecoeuvre (scientific journalist, committed to environmental protection and writes children's books)

Antje Damm (children's book author, nominated for the German Youth Literature Prize 2019 with \"Was wird aus uns\")

Prof. Caroline Roeder (Professor at the University of Education Ludwigsburg and Head of the Centre for Literary Didactics Children Youth Media)
