Literature in Hesse: Debuts, #zweiterFrühling and Award-Winning Literature

For one afternoon the focus will be on Hessian literature in all its diversity. With their sweeping poetry Safiye Can and Dalibor Markovi? kick off the event, followed by Katharina Hartwell and Nassir Djafair who present their newest works published in the spring of 2020.

After a short break publisher Michael Wagener, whose publishing house gutleut verlag was awarded the Hessischer Verlagspreis Sonderpreis 2020, talks about the importance of poetry and how to publish good books.

Finally Leonhard Hieronymi searches for the Dead in his novel „In zwangloser Gesellschaft“.
