The Exhibitor Ticket Portal is now available.

My Book Fair is the central service portal for your visit to the fair. It is easy to use, available around the clock, so you can use our services whenever you need them.

Here you can redeem tickets sent to you by code or link. If you are already registered with My Book Fair, please sign in to access your tickets.

Exhibitor tickets are season tickets and entitle the holder to admission to Frankfurter Buchmesse on each of the days of the fair. As a ticket manager, you can issue as many tickets as you need for yourself, your colleagues as well as for your customers and business partners. Only tickets that are actually used will be invoiced to you after the fair.

You must adhere to the prevailing admission and hygiene rules on your day of attendance. Shortly before arriving, please refer to the latest version of these rules. Bring any necessary certificates (e.g., proof of vaccination, current test results) and a medical mask, if applicable. Questions about the safety and hygiene concept are answered here.

Questions about the Exhibitor Ticket Portal

Why is registration and ticket personalisation via My Book Fair necessary for trade visitors and exhibitors?

Frankfurter Buchmesse has responded to the frequently expressed wish by exhibitors, agents and trade visitors to bundle fair services digitally and to enable a transparent and up-to-date ticket management.

Within My Book Fair you can

  • Redeem ticket codes and ticket links for day tickets
  • Register as a trade visitor and use all relevant services
  • Research the Exhibitor Directory, create watch lists and download them as PDFs
  • Automatically link favourites you set in the Exhibitor Directory via My Book Fair to the Buchmesse App, where they can be easily called up
  • Receive contact suggestions for perfect matchmaking, based on details of interests and countries

Where do I see my ticket code?

When ticket managers generate ticket codes they will appear in the LitAg ticket portal overview. Each ticket number corresponds to a ticket code that has been sent, so all ticket codes already sent can be traced. You send the ticket codes to your customers, staff etc. They will then need to personalise them by logging on to their own My Book Fair account.

Can tickets also be bought at the door?

Exhibitor tickets can only be booked via the exhibitor ticket portal. Trade and private visitor tickets can also be purchased on site. Please note that cash payment is not possible at the cash desks.

Is it possible to visit Frankfurter Buchmesse without a redeemed ticket code?

The visit of Frankfurter Buchmesse is only possible with a personalised ticket.

Can I also purchase a ticket at the fair?

You can buy trade visitor and private visitor tickets at the cash desks on site. Please note that cash payment is not possible at the cash desks.
