Exhibitor Ticket Portal
Tutorial ticket codes for exhibitors
Creating and sending ticket codes and ticket links.
The Exhibitor Ticket Portal 2023 will be available in August.
The Exhibitor Ticket Portal and My Book Fair give ticket managers all the options they need to use all the important services of Frankfurter Buchmesse quickly and easily.
As a ticket manager, you can create, manage and send ticket codes and links online with just a few clicks after logging in. The portal will give you an overview which team members and customers have already redeemed their ticket; after the fair you will be able to download a chart with the e-mail addresses of your team and customers. Only tickets that are actually scanned at the fair entrance will be invoiced, so you can always keep an eye on the costs.
Exhibitor tickets are season tickets and entitle the holder to admission to Frankfurter Buchmesse on each of the days of the fair. As a ticket manager, you can issue as many tickets as you need for yourself, your colleagues as well as for your customers and business partners. Only tickets that are actually used will be invoiced to you after the fair.
You must adhere to the prevailing admission and hygiene rules on your day of attendance. Shortly before arriving, please refer to the latest version of these rules. Questions about the safety and hygiene concept are answered here. Please bring any necessary certificates (e.g., proof of vaccination, current test results) and a medical mask, if applicable.
Please also note that this year exhibitor and trade visitor tickets do NOT entitle you to use local public transport.
With just a few clicks you can create and manage your desired ticket contingent.
The ticket links can be sent directly from the portal to recipients on request.
You can issue exhibitor passes and the passes required for set-up and dismantling through the ticket portal.
You can invite recipients personally by passing on the ticket code via email or other means
You only pay for tickets actually redeemed by recipients, so you keep track of costs.
You can always check the status of your orders and analyse information on ticket usage over the long term.
You always have a good overview of all allocated tickets as well as your free contingents. Filter functions help you to organise large amounts of data.
Your free contingent is automatically updated by the orders. The status of your free contingent is always displayed in the overview.
If you want to share responsibilities for ticket ordering and management, you can easily appoint one or more deputies.
Once you and your colleagues have registered on My Book Fair, managing your tickets for future fairs is a snap.
Here you will find a tutorial for the Exhibitor Ticket Portal - a small guide with which you can create, send and manage ticket codes and ticket links even more effectively.

The same amount as in previous years, depending on the floor space you have rented. Exhibitor tickets are season tickets and entitle the holder to admission to Frankfurter Buchmesse on each of the days of the fair. Yes, if they are attending Frankfurter Buchmesse they will need to issue a ticket to themselves and redeem it.
When ticket managers generate ticket codes they will appear in the exhibitor ticket portal overview. Each ticket number corresponds to a ticket code that has been sent, so all ticket codes already sent can be traced. You send the ticket codes to your customers, staff etc. They will then need to personalise them by logging on to their own My Book Fair account.
Ticket codes issued by the ticket manager are not yet personalised. Only when the recipient redeems the codes in the ticket shop are they personalised - i.e. given a name. For this purpose, registration by the recipient at My Book Fair is necessary. The name of the registered user then appears on the ticket.
Names on tickets cannot be changed once they have been personalised, not even by the ticket manager. However, only tickets that are scanned at the fair entrances will be invoiced, so any tickets or links assigned by the ticket manager within the portal in addition to ticket packages can be re-issued without any problem to a new person.
