Please store larger equipment in the nearest cloakroom.

From Wednesday until Friday, interview slots can be booked in the interpreter rooms, which are situated in the press centre. These slots can be booked for either 30 or 60 minutes at a cost of 5€ per 30 minutes. The interpreter cabins are not suitable for more than two people, nor for TV interviews. On the Saturday and Sunday of the fair, a spacious room will be made available for interviews. Special note for Tuesday (opening day)

Please be aware that on Tuesday (opening day), press passes are required to access the Press Centre. You can get accredited online at www.book-fair.com/accreditation and, pending review, you will be able to print out your press pass. Please ensure that your plans for the day take account of potential delays.
