2. How do I offer tickets to customers and business partners?

Simply easy: automated, personalised and delivered however you want

Invitations can be sent automatically via the Exhibitor Ticket Portal. Here you can create ticket links, which are sent by e-mail from the portal. You can also use ticket codes to send personal e-mails, set up a printed mailing, punch the codes into cards. You can also send them by hand in a letter, which is a more personal option, and stands out in these digitalised times. The tickets that you send via the Exhibitor Ticket Portal will only be invoiced if they are used to enter the fair. That doesn't apply, however, to tickets that you purchase in packages of 10, 25 or 50, but those bulk packages do offer a better discount.

How to send invitations

Define recipients

Think about whom you wish to invite. Get creative and think beyond the usual suspects to come up with more interesting contacts. Everyone can enrich your business and you can help them, too.

Create tickets

Register on My Book Fair and open the Exhibitor Ticket Portal. To purchase tickets, you must be registered as a ticket manager. Select the desired ticket type and quantity – and whether you want to send ticket links directly from the portal or need ticket codes for personal invitations.

Send invitations

Send your invitations either automatically (with ticket link) via the portal or as a personal mail with a ticket code. Of course, you can also send the codes by hand in a letter. The recipient registers via the ticket link or with the code. The ticket is then ready to use.

It's no hidden secret: Most people love to be invited, especially when others offer to cover the bill.

3. How much does it cost to offer a guest a ticket and is it really worth it?

Less than you think. Absolutely worth it.

You could even say that the more contacts you invite, the cheaper it gets. In general, you can use the Exhibitor Ticketing Portal as usual, selecting trade visitor and general public tickets, as well as 5-day and 1-day passes, according to what you want to offer your guests. Then you generate the invitation codes as needed. And, after the fair, you will only be billed for tickets that were actually used. This limits your risk and helps ensure that your investment in ticket invitations will actually translate into visits to your stand. For those who wish to invite large numbers of guests, we recommend our ticket bundles.

Always think big. The same goes for invitations. . . and discounts.

As a ticket manager, you can theoretically send out as many ticket invitations as you want. But you can also top up your free ticket quota with additional packages of 10, 25 or 50 tickets.
