What characterizes picture books produced in Spain (and Latin America) and in the German-speaking countries? To what extent is there common picture language or on the contrary, are there cultural boundaries? Is it possible to estimate how cultural young readers of children's books from other language regions are enriched by this? To what extent are they accepted in their respective language and cultural region?
