What are the workspaces?

The workspaces are workstations on different hall levels, which we are offering you for the first time this year. By booking a workspace you can present your company even without your own fair stand, work at a fixed location and conduct your customer meetings. You can book the workspaces individually or for several days.

What does the booking include?

With the booking of a workspace you receive:

- Use of the booked workspace during the regular opening hours of the Frankfurter Buchmesse 2020

- 1 table

- 2 chairs

- Hygiene protection wall

- Lamp

- Socket

- Company nameplate

- Internet access via WLAN (5 GHz)

- 2 drink vouchers for a hot or cold drink

- Entry in the Exhibitor Catalogue

- Exhibitor pass

- Service counter with qualified personnel

Can a workspace also be booked by the day?

Workspaces can be booked individually or for several days.

How much does a workspace cost?

A workspace costs 495 EUR (plus VAT) per day.

When is the registration deadline?

The deadline for registration is 30 September 2020.

Where are the workspaces located?

The workspaces are planned in halls 3.0, 3.1, 4.0, 4.1 and 6.0.

Do I get an entry in the Exhibitor Catalogue?

Yes.

Do I have Internet access at the workspace?

You have access to a WLAN network (5 GHz). You can use it to check your e-mails and surf the internet. This internet access is not suitable for applications with high data transmission, such as VPN connections, VoIP telephone calls and online presentations.

Are there lockers or a cloakroom?

At each workspace you have the possibility to deposit your bag or coat for the duration of your stay. Overnight storage is not possible. There are no lockers at the workspaces. The Frankfurter Buchmesse accepts no liability for loss or damage.

What do I get for the drink vouchers in my workspace booking?

You will receive two drink vouchers for a hot drink and a cold drink, which you can redeem in one of the nearest cafés on the exhibition site.

When can I enter the exhibition grounds?

The Book Fair is open for you daily from 8.00 am to 7.30 pm. On Sunday, 18 October 2020, we ask you to leave the exhibition site by 6:30 pm.

How do I get my exhibitor pass?

When you book a workspace, you will receive an exhibitor pass which you can retrieve from the exhibitor ticket portal at My Book Fair from mid-August.

How is the hygiene concept implemented at the workspaces?

The applicable health and safety regulations will be implemented throughout the entire exhibition grounds and will also be taken into account when planning the workspaces. This ensures a minimum distance of 1.5 m between the individual workspaces; in addition, the tables will be equipped with a hygiene protection wall. The workspaces will be disinfected at regular intervals in accordance with the requirements of the public health department. In addition, there is a dispenser for hand disinfection in each workspace area. It is the responsibility of the respective workspace customer to comply with the hygiene requirements in the individual discussion situation.

The service counter does not offer drinks or snacks. Drink vouchers can be redeemed in one of the cafés.
