After literally being raised in a bookshop, Vera studied Bookselling and Media Management while being trained as a bookseller. Since 2017 she works as the managing director of an independent bookstore where she focuses on developing new marketing and communication tools to reach out to diversify target groups and connect on- and offline projects. Being passionate about
independent publishers she tries to show the great variety of the Publishing industry also by writing book reviews for different magazines.
