Kristen is a twenty-five year veteran of the publishing industry, with experience in a wide variety of roles including frontline retail, marketing, sales, and running one of the industry’s trade associations. She works with NPD's largest publishing, media, retail, and toy clients to help them understand the opportunities in today's rapidly evolving publishing industry. As part of her role as an industry thought leader, Kristen lectures extensively on business issues facing the publishing and media worlds.
