Lucy Stille began her career at Playwrights Horizons in New York, before working as a publishing agent at Sanford J. Greenburger Associates. She moved to Los Angeles in 1985 and ran the boutique agency Schorr, Stille before helping to create the Paradigm agency in 1993. During her 20 years at Paradigm, she helped it grow from a boutique agency into the fifth largest agency in Hollywood. In 2013, she moved to APA, working out of their New York office to build their Intellectual Property Department. In April 2020, she opened her own literary management company, Lucy Stille Literary, to represent authors for book to film/television deals.
