The dissolution of Yugoslavia, transition, and the ongoing war in Ukraine strongly impact cultural connections. How do authors, who have been touched by conflicts among Slavic nations in various ways, perceive cooperation and exchange in the fields of literature and culture as a whole? How many direct contacts exist, and how does their success in the broader international arena influence them?
