Neil Springall has extensive experience in delivering operational and site improvements to support environmentally friendly initiatives. He drove a plan to reduce plastic use at Penguin Random House. In the publishing sector, plastic is predominantly used for shrink wrapping and carton filling for protecting books. Since the launch of the project, PRH already achieved a 47% reduction, and are aiming to increase this to 75% soon.
