Bernat Fiol, born in Palma de Mallorca in 1980, studied English Philology at the University of Barcelona. He has worked in the publishing industry ever since 2001, mainly in the field of Rights Management. From 2001 to 2004 he worked at Pontas Literary and Film Agency, and from 2004 to 2007 at Antonia Kerrigan Literary Agency. In 2008 he established his own literary and content agency called SalmaiaLit. Besides his job as literary agent he is guest lecturer at the Autonomous University of Madrid and the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
