New funding programme: Frankfurt Fellowship Network 2025
Application deadline: 16 May
With the Frankfurt Fellowship Network, Frankfurter Buchmesse is launching a new international funding programme. It brings together the two previous initiatives ‘Frankfurt Fellowship’ and ‘Frankfurt Invitation Programme’ under one roof. The aim is to offer younger professionals from the international book industry even more targeted opportunities for networking, further training and exchange. Applications can be submitted from now until 16 May 2025.
From 5 to 20 October 2025, participants can look forward to an intensive training and networking programme with stops in Frankfurt and Zurich. In addition to visits to publishing houses and bookshops as well as market presentations, the programme includes matchmaking formats and networking events. The fellows will present their companies at a collective stand at Frankfurter Buchmesse.
The new programme is aimed at publishers, editors and rights and licencing managers up to the age of 40 with at least three years of professional experience. The focus this year is on fiction. A good command of English and letters of recommendation are required.
