The events surrounding the spread of SARS-CoV-2 have plunged the globalised world into a crisis of unprecedented proportions. Border closures and exit restrictions are putting both global economic flows as well as cultural cooperation between countries and continents severely to the test. How can cultural networks stand the test in these difficult times? How can they contribute to a new dialogue? Or has the idea of a globalised world become obsolete and are we in need of a new system?
