Taylor & Francis has been exploring ways to make open access a realistic choice for researchers and institutions. By examining our current transformative agreements, we see how they’ve helped accelerate growth in open access articles across different disciplines, especially in social sciences and humanities (SSH). We’ve also witnessed growth in global readership, citations and media coverage, which clearly indicates how these agreements help improve discoverability and raise awareness of the impact of SSH research.

In this session, we’ll share some specific case studies of our transformative agreements, hoping to have a good discussion with session attendees on different ways to support researchers to open up their research and maximize its impact.
