Anya Omah, born in Dortmund in 1984, worked as a lab assistant and economic psychologist before deciding to become an author. She says: “I was crazy enough to turn my back on a secure office job and make my passion into a career. Seriously, though: how crazy can it be to live one’s dream?” She made her publishing debut in March 2014, which was followed by many more YA novels. The Tempest trilogy is her first project with KYSS.
