C. E. Bernard

C. E. Bernard is the pen name of 1990 born author Christine Lehnen. Since then, she lived in Canada, the USA, Australia and Paris. She studied English Literatures and Cultures, as well as Political Sciences. Since 2014 she teaches literary writing at the University of Bonn, and is currently doing a doctorate on the retelling of the Trojan war at the University of Manchester as well as mentoring young talents for PAN e.V.. Her short stories have been honored with Awards by the Junge Akademien Europas as well as the Ruhrfestspiele Recklinghausen. Her novels have been nominated for the RPC Fantasy Award and the Lovelybooks Leseraward.
