Elisabeth Kaneza was born in Rwanda in 1987. She studied 'European Studies' at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and completed her Master's degree in 'Intercultural Conflict Management' at Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences. She is the founder and chairperson of the Kaneza Foundation, a doctoral student at the law faculty of University of Potsdam, and an advocate for development education, diversity and equal opportunities nationwide.
