Press conference Guest of Honour Spain 2022

Get to know the project Spain Guest of Honour at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2022. Juergen Boos, Director of the Frankfurt Book Fair, Miquel Iceta Llorens, Minister of Culture and Sport, María José Gálvez, Director General of the Book and Reading Promotion Department of the Ministry of Culture and Sport, and Elvira Marco, Curator of the Guest of Honour Spain at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2022, will present the aims of the project and the highlights of the programme.

Laura Barrachina, cultural journalist at Radio Nacional de España, will also moderate a discussion with the well-known Spanish writers Elvira Lindo, Najat El Hachmi and Karmele Jaio. The event will conclude with a poetry reading by Mario Obrero, who was awarded the prestigious national Loewe Prize for Poetry at the age of only 18.
