Mohamed Amjahid

Journalist and author

Mohamed Amjahid, born in Frankfurt a. M. in 1988, is a political journalist, book author and moderator. He writes for several media such as ZEIT, Spiegel, taz and Süddeutsche Zeitung and has been awarded the Alexander Rhomberg Prize and the Nannen Prize, among others. Amjahid is a fellow at the Thomas Mann House in Los Angeles. Amjahid has received much attention for his books "Among Whites" and "The White Spot." He lives in Berlin.
