Sabrina Železný lives in a Berlin condor nest, with numerous plush alpacas, notebooks and different sorts of tea. She is a cultural anthropologist and an expert for the history of the Americas with a penchant for Incan knot writing and ancient Mexican x names. She works as a writer, editor and translator. For her novel "Kondorkinder" she was awarded the 2022 "Phantastikpreis der Stadt Wetzlar".
