These are your options for booking a table

With Workstations that can be booked by the day at Frankfurter Buchmesse, you can work flexibly on site and make the most of direct customer contact.

When you book a Workstation, you receive the following basic features:

  • Work table, 4 chairs, seating cabinet, coat hooks, power socket and WiFi
  • Company sign with company name and business location
  • 2 Exhibitor Passes
  • 5 trade visitor day passes per booked day
  • Support from staff at the info counter
  • Digital Presence on Frankfurt Connect

The prices for booking a Workstation are package prices including the obligatory fees.

As the number of Workstations is limited, a maximum of two Workstations can be booked per exhibitor.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Collective Exhibitions, work centres and Workstations.

In accordance with the change in German VAT law as of 1 January 2011 regarding the taxation of trade fair services, we can issue invoices without VAT to service recipients outside Germany under certain conditions. Please complete and sign the following form and send it to vat@buchmesse.de.

The Comics Business Centre is a work centre specialising in the international comics industry and sector. It is mainly rights managers from  comics publishers who meet here to discuss the comics business and hold meetings in individual exhibition modules. Since 2025, the Comics Business Centre includes the Games Business Centre and the Webtoon Area, thus offering a cross-media perspective that focuses on the topic of intellectual property.

The Centre is organised by Frankfurter Buchmesse. Networking events take place regularly.

When you book an exhibition module, you receive the following basic features:

  • Set-up and dismantling of the work centre
  • 2 shelving units (H x W: 2m x 1m) with 4 bookshelves each
  • 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 bench cabinets
  • Lighting, stand sign, WiFi and power socket
  • 2 Exhibitor Passes
  • 2 trade visitor day tickets
  • Networking events
  • Accompanying PR and marketing measures
  • On-site support and catering for you and your guests
  • Digital Presence on Frankfurt Connect
