These are your options for booking a table

With workstations that can be booked by the day directly at the Frankfurt Book Fair, you can work flexibly on site and make the most of direct customer contact.

  • Work areas with information desk in several exhibitor halls
  • Can also be booked: Use of max. two wall elements at the workstation as shelving and/or graphics wall
  • Workstation with four chairs; bookable Wednesday to Friday, also by the day

When you book a workstation, you receive the following basic equipment:

  • Work table, 4 chairs, seating cabinet, coat hooks, power socket and WLAN
  • Company sign with company name and business location
  • 2 exhibitor passes
  • 5 trade visitor day passes per booked day
  • Support from staff at the info counter
  • New: BASIC digital presence for Frankfurt Connect*

The prices for booking a workstation are package prices including the mandatory contributions (see ‘Prices & Products 2024’).

Workstations are available in various halls. They can be booked by the day from Wednesday to Friday. As the offer is limited, a maximum of two workstations can be booked per customer.

In accordance with the change in German VAT law as of 1 January 2011 regarding the taxation of trade fair services, we can issue invoices without VAT to service recipients outside Germany under certain conditions. Please complete and sign the following form and send it to vat@buchmesse.de.

The Comic Business Centre is an international joint exhibition specialising in the comics industry and sector. This is where rights managers and other exhibitors meet to discuss the comics business and hold meetings in the individual exhibition module. The joint exhibition is organised by the Frankfurt Book Fair. Networking events take place regularly.

Arthur Derrouaz, Rights Manager at the Steinkis Group and an expert in graphic novels, has already booked his place in the Comics Business Centre. Here he talks to us in an interview: ‘Creating international spaces for comics is commendable.’

Conditions of participation for joint stands, work centres and workstations

In cooperation with the Bologna Children's Book Fair, Frankfurter Buchmesse is presenting the Games Business Centre for the first time. It is aimed at all games publishers/developers and suppliers from the games industry and is an opportunity for exhibitors to network with publishers, film producers and trade visitors at the largest international book fair.

When you book a module, you receive the following services:

  • Assembly and dismantling of the Games Business Centre
  • 1 meeting table (approx. 120x80 cm)
  • 4 chairs
  • Lighting, power socket, WLAN

Cooperation International Children's Book Fair Bologna
Exhibitors exhibiting at Frankfurter Buchmesse 2024 and the International Children's Book Fair Bologna 2025 will receive a 20% discount on their first booking at the Games Business Centre. If this applies to you, simply tick a box on the registration form.

The platform for the Exhibitor Directory and the Calendar of Events will be newly developed and expanded to include numerous digital services. This will allow an optimal presence and ideal networking within the international media industry – before, during, and after the fair.
