Welcome to the Publishers Rights Centre (PRC) 2026!

With booking a table you will receive the following basic features:

A table with four chairs, bench cabinet, coat hook, power socket, WiFi
Company sign
Two Exhibitor Passes, 15 trade visitor day tickets
Support staff at the PRC's info desk
Admission from Tuesday before the fair
Digital Presence on Frankfurt Connect

Prices 2026

All prices excl. VAT.

Registration fee per table	€ 3,584	€ 3,695
The tables can only be booked continuously (Tue-Sun). The price is a package price and includes the obligatory fees (see Prices & Products 2026).

A maximum of one 1 m wall element can be booked per table.

The German Sales Tax legislation (UStG) as amended on 1 January 2011 provides VAT-exempted invoicing of the relevant fair-related services for non-domestic recipients. To see if you are applicable, please send us the following completed and signed form to vat@buchmesse.de.
