Inspiring, bold, amazing

We like to thank our amazing speakers, partners and exhibitors for THE ARTS+ success this year – and we´re very happy to hear that they enjoyed the festival as much as we did. Here are some voices and nice words about this year´s THE ARTS+.

„The Europeana Foundation was a key partner of THE ARTS+ 2017 and helped to investigate how Europe’s shared cultural heritage can be used for new creative projects. During the five days of innovation and inspiration, Europeana championed different areas of interest for creative businesses. In a panel revolving around digitisation, creativity and society, we invited speakers from world-renowned cultural heritage institutions to discuss digital transformation in museums and libraries. We also worked on fostering partnerships for reuse of digital cultural heritage at a dedicated stand in THE ARTS+ Business Hub. Finally, we showcased interactive installations that make use of cultural data in innovative ways at a Pop-up museum.

We were thrilled to join this bustling business festival that facilitated new connections and explored new opportunities arising at the intersection of creativity, technology and business.
