Every K12 publisher has been through this. The ebook renders beautifully in the demo. The content is solid. The design is clean. Then it goes live, and the reports start coming in. Students can't log in. The book won't load on a school-issued device. The LMS isn't passing credentials correctly. A parent reports it won't open on a tablet at home. A teacher in a low-bandwidth classroom says pages time out before they load.

None of these are content problems. They are distribution and access problems. And they are costing publishers adoption renewals, school relationships, and student outcomes they will never be able to measure.

This session breaks down exactly where the gap opens between a well-built digital textbook and a student who can actually use it, on any device, on any network, inside or outside school. We will look at what K12 publishers are getting wrong in how they think about the post-publication experience, and what a distribution model built for real students in real conditions actually looks like.
