Dominique Raccah is the visionary Publisher and CEO of Sourcebooks, which she founded from her home in 1987. She has transformed Sourcebooks into a leading book publishing house renowned for its author-centric approach to innovation. Publishing bestsellers in everything from thrillers, romance, and fiction to young adult, kids' books, nonfiction, and more, Sourcebooks is dedicated to changing lives through books.

Under Dominique's leadership Sourcebooks now ranks as the 5th largest book publisher in the U.S. by print units sold, putting out hundreds of national and international bestsellers each year. Recognized as a leader in data and innovation, Dominique has been named one of Publishers Weekly’s “Top 25 Book Business Changemakers”, and received the Publishing Titan Award in 2023. Sourcebooks has been honored on Fast Company’s lists for Best Workplaces for Innovators and Most Innovative Companies, as well as a Most Loved Workplace by the Best Practice Institute. In 2025, Dominique was included in the Washington Post’s Post Next 50, a distinguished list of leaders who are “shaping our society in 2025,” and in March of 2026 year was recognized as one of INC’s Female Founders for the third year in a row.
