Dominique Raccah is the visionary Publisher and CEO of Sourcebooks, which she founded from her home in 1987. She has transformed Sourcebooks into a leading book publishing house renowned for its author-centric approach to innovation. Publishing bestsellers in everything from thrillers, romance, and fiction to young adult, kids' books, nonfiction, and more, Sourcebooks is dedicated to changing lives through books.

Under Dominique's leadership Sourcebooks now ranks as the 5th largest book publisher in the U.S. by print units sold, putting out hundreds of national and international bestsellers each year. Recognized as a leader in data and innovation, Dominique has been named one of Publishers Weekly’s “Top 25 Book Business Changemakers”, and received the Publishing Titan Award in 2023.
