Born in 1968 in Oberhausen, Thomas Böhm directed the Literaturhaus Köln (1999-2010), Iceland's guest of honor at the Frankfurt Book Fair (2011) and “Switzerland” at the 2014 Leipzig Book Fair. Since 2014, he has hosted the program “Die Literaturagenten” on radioeins from rbb. In 2016, he and friends founded the publishing house Das Kulturelle Gedächtnis.
