Comics on the Rise

Join our first virtual comics panel discussion featuring international players from the comics books scene! For three years now, Frankfurter Buchmesse has put a focus on the comics market with establishing the Comics Business Centre, with growing the presence of comics publishers, and with organising events for both trade visitors and consumers. Exchange and international networking are an integral part of the fair and comics are an important part of the conversation in Frankfurt. With this event, we want to bring the conversation to a larger audience and explore some of the pertinent questions: Where is the international comics market headed? What are the current trends? How do comics reach their readers? What are the roles of retail and libraries?
