All Custom-built Stands require a permit. A new application for a permit must be submitted by 1 August each year at the latest.

You can submit your stand plans for approval here.
Where necessary, you can also apply for Early Access to the exhibition grounds – for the delivery of stand materials and/or to start stand construction work earlier.

Submission of stand plans

For Custom-built Stands over 2.5 m in height or with an area of 40 sqm or larger, you must submit stand plans, a floor plan, cross-sections and side elevations, on which all dimensions are clearly marked (outer dimensions of the stand area, and the total height, including suspended elements).

For all other Custom-built Stands, you must submit a floor plan which clearly indicates the outer dimensions of the stand area. 


Maximum 5 files. 50 MB limit. Allowed types: pdf.

For Early Access, the following fees will be charged, per stand (even for delivery of stand material only):

  • from 4 October: 180 euros;
  • from 2 or 3 October: 765 euros.

An early access permit will only be granted if a plan of your stand for 2026 has been submitted. 

The exhibition site will be open each day from 7 am to 9 pm to those with early access permits.
