Firat Arslan Sports School

Firat Arslan, born in 1970, is the German-Turkish WBA boxing world champion in the cruiserweight division. At the age of 18, he is infected by Rocky fever and starts boxing. His clear goal: to become world champion. Firat Arslan fought for this for almost two decades and finally won the WBA title against Virgil Hill in 2007, defending it against Darnell Wilson in 2008. Even at over 50 years of age, he is still among the top ten in the world's largest boxing federation. He is a father of three and runs the Firat Arslan Sports School in Göppingen.
