Monika Drummer

Monika Drummer is the founder of the Berlin-based Drummer Literary Agency, established in 2026 to represent commercial and upmarket fiction alongside popular nonfiction. After early steps at major publishing houses and extensive experience in the audiobook industry, she combines an eye for international trends—especially from the U.S. market—with a data-aware perspective to bring a modern approach to author representation. Monika was mentored by New York scout Kelly Farber and honored with the 2026 Börsenblatt Young Excellence Award.
