Javier Celaya (Bilbao, 1963) is founding partner of Dosdoce.com, a platfom created to assist professionals in the world of culture (publishers, bookshops, libraries, museums, foundations, etc.) to transform their entities in order to grow their businesses through the benefits offered by the Internet. Javier is a member of the Governing Board of the Spanish Digital Economy Association (ADIGITAL), responsible for the area of Institutional Relations of the Electronic Book Business Association (ASELID) and academic director of the Digital Culture Annual of Acción Cultural Española (AC/E) which has become a key annual report on digital trends in the world of culture.
