Nicole Witt

After a training in the bank sector Nicole Witt studied Romanic and German Philology in Münster (Germany) and Sevilla (Spain). She completed several internships in publishing houses and worked for 8 years with Ray-Güde Mertin. When she passed away, Nicole took over the direction of the agency, that is dedicated since 1982 to the dissemination of literature in Portuguese and Spanish with a special focus on fiction titles. More recently the agency has incorporated writers in other languages. She represents­ authors in their origin countries and internationally. The agency participates at the most important international book fairs and literature festivals. In 2015 Nicole was recognized as the best representative by the UK Publishers Association and the London Book Fair.
