German will be the Guest of Honour Language at this year’s international book fair in Turin (Salone Internazionale del Libro di Torino, 9-13 May 2024 (#SalTo24)). Oktober 2023) hat ihre einzigartige Stellung als wichtigster internationaler Treffpunkt der Buch- und Medienbranche abermals gezeigt: Mit 105.000 Fachbesucher*innen (Vorjahr: 93.000) aus 130 Ländern und 110.000 Privatbesucher*innen (Vorjahr: 87.000) gelang der Frankfurter Buchmesse nach den beiden Coronajahren 2020 und 2021 erneut ein deutlicher Wachstumsschub.
