Charlotte Larat successfully represents German and French authors and illustrators in the children's book sector with her agency "rights & audio". She is very well connected in the German and French publishing world. After 18 years at Beltz & Gelberg (licences and audio books), she was a mentor for the book group at the Academy for Children's Media in Erfurt for seven years. She taught at the Master "publishing" at the Université de Strasbourg for 4 years.
