Charlotte helps organisations to deliver effective change and communications. She has over twenty years of experience delivering cross-cultural, global change to audiences ranging from 130,000+ people to ten, with both large corporations and smaller non-profit and membership associations.
With a specialism in Publishing, Charlotte shares experiences from businesses delivering change projects of similar scale and complexity to help plan for and mitigate typical bumps in the road. She partners with business leaders to enable them to create the right context and alignment for change, to bring their people with them, deeply tailoring approaches to the realities and culture of their business.
Most recently she has worked as Group Head of Change Management at Oxford University Press, delivering large-scale digital transformation, and currently at a major Publisher, ensuring change is delivered in line with a clear change vision and set of strategic priorities.
Prior to Publishing, Charlotte has led and delivered change in industries such as Pharma (Roche, GSK, Takeda), Banking (Barclays), Engineering (Rolls-Royce), House building (Taylor Wimpey) and Recruitment (Fircroft, Michael Page International).
