Stephanie serves as Director at the Content Innovation team at Springer Nature, where she leads initiatives exploring how generative AI can enhance the scholarly publishing process. Stephanie’s work centers on building smart, human-centered solutions that accelerate scientific discovery while protecting trust and integrity. Her mission is to free up researchers’ time so they can focus on what they love most: doing science. With a background in neuroscience and experience leading international teams, she brings both scientific and strategic strengths to her role.
