Markus Wilhelm is managing partner of Publishing Consultant GmbH in Munich. After holding positions at well-known publishing houses, he founded the company in 2013. In addition to innovation, reorganization and digitization projects, Wilhelm's main focus is on purchasing, cost optimization, and in- and outsourcing. In addition to strategy and business model development, Wilhelm also supports companies as an interim manager and in change management in the context of digitization and the introduction of agile business processes.
