Svenja Nefen

Svenja Nefen combines practical media experience with many years of leadership experience and in-depth coaching expertise. She has been working in the media industry for over 25 years, 15 of which she spent in a leadership role and as part of the executive board – with a deep understanding of sales, transformation processes and the unique dynamics within media companies.

As a coach and trainer, she has been working with executives, teams and organisations such as the Madsack Media Group and Haus und Grund Verlag for over eleven years. Her work combines practical knowledge with a solid background in organisational transactional analysis and a clear, appreciative approach, which she integrates into her work in a way that is clear, practical and effective.

Her second professional background lies in competitive sport: 20 years as a football coach have sharped her eye for attitude, responsibility and development. Since 2025, Svenja has been a member of the supervisory board of KSV Holstein (Kieler Sportvereinigung Holstein von 1900 e.V.).

Svenja works in a thoughtful and engaging manner – always placing people at the heart of leadership. Her experience within organisations draws on a wide range of perspectives: from trainee roles through specialist and management positions at various levels to executive management – and now, additionally, from the perspective of the supervisory board.
